SNF
SNF (the Foundation for Flexible Housing Standards) is committed to providing good-quality accommodation for migrant workers. Among other things, accommodation must satisfy a number of standards in order to qualify for the SNF quality mark.
It is important for PrismaWorx that its employees live in good-quality accommodation. We therefore comply with this standard for accommodation for migrant workers and are registered with the SNF.
ABU
Since 1961, ABU (the Dutch Association of Temporary Employment Agencies) has been the main advocate for businesses in the flex sector and is the largest and most prominent employer organization in the temporary employment sector. Members of the ABU set themselves apart in the labour market. ABU members comply with strict quality requirements, such as good employment conditions, the deduction of social security contributions, safety in the workplace, and rules of conduct. This is an assurance for clients and agency workers that PrismaWorx, as an ABU member, offers quality, security, and financial reliability. Thanks to regular inspections, quality is always guaranteed.
SNA (Labour Standardization Foundation) quality mark
PrismaWorx holds the SNA quality mark. In accordance with the applicable legislation, clients and parties that hire in labour are liable for labour-related obligations that employment agencies or subcontractors must comply with. PrismaWorx is regularly inspected to ensure that it is complying with these labour-related obligations, thereby limiting the risk for the hirers and the parties commissioning the work.
Statement of payment behaviour
Click on the button below to download a recent declaration of good payment behaviour issued by the Dutch tax authorities. This statement shows that PrismaWorx has paid all the specified turnover taxes and payroll taxes.
NEN-4400
PrismaWorx voldoet aan de eisen gesteld in de NEN 4400-1 norm en mag dus het SNA Keurmerk voeren. Deze norm geldt voor in Nederland gevestigde ondernemingen die arbeid ter beschikking stellen en/of werk aannemen. De NEN 4400-1 norm stelt eisen aan:
- Financiële administratie
- Loonadministratie
- Personeelsadministratie
- Sectorspecifieke CAO-naleving (indien van toepassing)
- Specifieke situaties, bijv. in- en doorlening en/of zzp-ers
